1 on 1 Training
Motivating clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Educating clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition. Training can include your choice of boxing, kickboxing, cardio and weight training! Trainer will help client perform exercises with correct technique, minimizing the risk of injury. Having a trainer to hold you accountable for your personal fitness goals with give you an added sense of discipline.
